The Time is today!

Have you accepted Jesus as your Savior and Lord? Have you asked God to forgive you from your sins? Why not? Time is running out! Today is all we are promised. God loves you. He wants you to seek Him and know Him and spend eternity in Heaven with Him.

So many people hold off knowing God til later. It’s like they put Him in a shelf for later. They aren’t ready to give their lives to Christ yet because they still want to do things their way on their own terms. But what if you died tomorrow never knowing Jesus? Where will you go? Where do you believe you go when you die? Heaven? Nowhere? The only way to Heaven is accepting Jesus as your Savior and Lord and asking God for forgiveness. Once you have given your life to Christ God has a plan for you.

God is calling you! He has called you! Once you know Jesus, God wants you to know His Word and share and praise Him to others.

Do you even realize how important you are? There are so many people you are connected to whether by choice or not. Friends, family, co workers, even strangers you meet in A grocery store or doctors office.

One day when I went with my mom the doctors, I sat waiting in the waiting room. A older woman came in. She had stopped in to wait for her sister who had an appointment there as well. The woman’s son dropped her off in such a hurry. He was on the phone and just appeared irritated and in a hurry. Whoever was banging he sister was to be her ride home. Her sister came in and they talked and when her sister went back for her appointment this woman got up to leave. She mumbled to herself about having a far walk.m. Felt drawn to reach out to her. I asked her where she had to walk to. It turned out she had an appointment down the hall. The hallway was extremely long! She told me she had to meet with her surgeon. They had removed a nodule from her throat and she was hoping it wasn’t cancer. I told her I would pray for but I saw the worry in her eyes and I reached out and hugged her! She hugged me back real hard! Something amazing happened there and I thought we both needed that. She told me she doesn’t usually hug people but she could tell I meant it. I did and I think she did too. Her name was Ann and I will never forget her and she will always be in my heart and prayers. Something happened. We reached out to one another and gave each the comfort nether of us knew we needed. That is what God does for us. He gives us comfort.

Please today. I ask you if you are willing to proclaim

I choose Jesus as the Lord if my life

I accept Jesus as my Savior and Lord

I ask God to forgive me if my sins

God could be drawing so,wine to Him right now and all you need to do is be a part of that. Whether it’s a kind word, hug or smile. Whether it’s sharing your faith or paying for someone’s order behind you in the drive thru line. God connects us to people for a reason.

Choose Jesus today!

Isaiah 55:6-11

6 Seek the Lord while he may be found;

call on him while he is near.

7 Let the wicked forsake their ways

    and the unrighteous their thoughts.

Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them,

and to our God, for he will freely pardon.

8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts,

neither are your ways my ways,”

declares the Lord.

9 “As the heavens are higher than the earth,

so are my ways higher than your ways

and my thoughts than your thoughts.

10 As the rain and the snow

    come down from heaven,

and do not return to it

    without watering the earth

and making it bud and flourish,

so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,

11 so is my word that goes out from my mouth:

It will not return to me empty,

but will accomplish what I desire

and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
