How did Monday get here?  

God guides my life but not just my faith. He guides me in all areas of my life and gets me through struggles of life, health, mind, body and soul. If I remind myself to give this all to Him I can conquer any day! 
I believe in taking care of the mind body and soul I struggle something fierce with the working out part. I push I motivate myself and sometimes just feel down right unmotivated. Today was one of those days. 

One of these reasons is when I was 19 I was diagnosed with a low functioning thyroid also known as Hypothyroid. This means my metabolism is so slow! Now at 19 I didn’t let that stop me. I pushed and worked out like a boss and just ate in moderation. I still could enjoy yummy stuff. 

As I get older and having a child ( a handsome 11yr old son 😀) the struggle is so real. I find that now I look to motivating scripture. I look to others who are the same as me. Real people. Real problems. Real struggles I’m never going to be perfect nor would I even think I would be. I just want to be healthy and find natural ways to improve my energy. 

Today I was not feeling it.   

So I turned to my bible. 🙏
2 Corinthians 12:9-10 

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
Wow!  You see, even when I feel weak God will give me the strength. Even if I have aches and pains God will use that to bring glory to His Name and teach me something, to push me to grow. I can never give up because is by my side. He has got me! I’m not gonna let my Heavenly Father down! I’m going to push through that tiredness, that pain and be the best me I can be.  

Mind, body and soul! 

So yeah I got my workout on. I handled it like a boss. Lol.

I just love quick workouts. I never get bored. And I did some hula hooping! So fun!
